1. Our delivery services

Whatever the products you order, we make every effort to ensure you a quality delivery service. That's why we adapt our transportation to each of your orders nature.

Moodntone offers several delivery services in France and Europe.  For small parcels, you can choose between a home delivery, a delivery point (shops and post offices), or in our Click&Collect in Metz (57000).

Please note that for large parcels, delivery is made by a carrier specialising in furniture delivery. This carrier will contact you to fix a delivery date according to your availability. Deliveries between 8am and 5.30pm by Geodis. Deliveries do not include any installation or climbing services and take place at the foot of the building. 

For Corsica and others countries available in Europe, the rates are not the same as for metropolitan France.

2. Delivery Access

Please note, the customer must ensure that the delivery truck can access the street where the accommodation is located. If our delivery staff considers access unsafe, we will be unable to deliver your goods until safe access is provided. Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you remain liable for 50% of the order value and the full delivery charge.

3. Delivery rates

Delivery rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your package, the destination and the chosen mean of transportation. When you add a product to your shopping cart, shipping costs are calculated automatically.

We deliver to the following countries : Metropolitan France (Corsica included), Spain (excluding islands), Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Italy (excluding islands).

4. Returns

For orders delivered in metropolitan France and in accordance with article L.121-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return to its cost the products that do not satisfy him. This option is not applicable to products manufactured according to the specifications of the buyer (finishes, materials, choice of fabric, base), and more generally, any product which is clearly personalized or which, because of its nature, can not be redirected.

Any order returned must be accompanied by the order number and all informations about the customer (name, first name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address). Any product returned damaged will not be refunded. Refund will be made after receipt and verification of items excluding delivery charges.

Customers within the EU also have a 14 day withdrawal period from the day of receipt of the package to cancel their order. Any cancellation or return of order must be postponed to our teams by email at The refund of your order will be made once the items are returned at your expense.
