These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site www.moodntone.com. Moodntone SAS reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions of sale. In case of modification, will be applied to each order the general terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order.
Moodntone SAS delivers to the following countries : metropolitan France , Corsica, Spain (excluding islands), Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Italy (excluding islands).
Products offered for sale on www.moodntone.com are presented in accordance with legal requirements and as accurately as possible. There may be slight discrepancies between the Products delivered and those represented on the Site, and this is mainly for Artisanal Products for which homogeneity of production can not be perfectly ensured. These differences, since they do not relate to the essential characteristics of the Products and do not affect their quality, will not justify cancellation of the order or refusal of delivery.
Prices are quoted in euros. They don't include shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the item (weight, dimensions, quantity) and are mentioned at the time of finalizing the purchase. Moodntone SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Products will be charged to the buyer on the basis of the rates at the time of validation of the order.
Payment for purchases made by credit card (Credit card, Visa and Master Card), Paypal and bank transfer. Payment is made directly to the Stripe secure platform. If you place an order by bank transfer, the bank details will be indicated during the purchase process. The order will be validated once payment has been received.
You have a period of 24 hours, from the date of order, to proceed to a possible modification or cancellation of one or more products of the order by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After this period of 24 hours, no change or cancellation can be taken into account.
Effective delivery risk goods are transferred to the customer.
The product offer is valid within the limit of available stocks.
Delivery times are indicative only: they are estimated times and are indicated in each of the product sheets on www.moodntone.com. Product manufacturing/delivery times may vary slightly depending on different elements. Indeed, most of the products offered are manufactured by hand and on request, the manufacturing times can be more or less long depending on the purchase period and the number of orders to be processed from our suppliers.
In the absence of availability of the product(s), Moodntone SAS undertakes to inform the customer by email or telephone as soon as possible. Then, the buyer may choose to maintain his order, exchange the unavailable product against another product or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, refund will be made within 15 days of purchase.
Depending on the weight and nature of the package, orders are shipped by express transport (Colissimo), or by a carrier specializing in the delivery of furniture in metropolitan France (Corsica included), Spain (excluding islands), Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Italy (excluding islands).
The products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer at the completion of the purchase. In case of error in the wording of the delivery address by the buyer, Moodntone can not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of ordered products for. In this case, the costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the buyer.
Delivery by parcels:
The delivery of your order will be made by Colissimo. Parcels are delivered to the foot of your building. Prices do not include delivery to the floor or installation.
Carrier specializing in the delivery of furniture:
The delivery of your order will be made by a carrier specializing in the delivery of furniture. Your furniture will be delivered in cardboard and/or pallet to give them maximum protection. Our delivery service will contact you to set a delivery date within the deadlines mentioned on your order summary.
Attention, it is your responsibility to check before ordering, especially in terms of size and volume, that the delivery truck can access the street where the accommodation is located.
The impossibility for the carriers of Moodntone SAS to deliver on the agreed date the Product(s), in case of absence of the buyer or lack of information on the need to resort to specific means of delivery, may give rise to the payment of additional delivery costs and/or cancellation of the order by Moodntone SAS.
Moodntone SAS informs the customer that it's his responsibility to inspect and open his parcels upon receipt of delivery and in the presence of the delivery person. The customer will formalize its acceptance of the delivery by the signature of the delivery receipt issued by the carrier.
In case of damaged product(s) or broken product(s) resulting from the transport, the customer must refuse the package(s) and indicate the anomaly on the return ticket. The customer will have to inform Moodntone as soon as possible.
Under penalty of inadmissibility of his request, the buyer must:
1. Carrying over the delivery note the precise reserves in the event of damage or missing products, the general reserves of the type "subject to unpacking" being insufficient.
2. Confirm its reserves for missing or damaged and formulate its other reserves, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the attention of Moodntone Customer Service, 53 rue des messageries, 57000 Metz.
3. Confirm its reserves for missing or damaged by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier, within 3 days, excluding public holidays, after delivery.
It is important that the customer reports on the delivery note the damages found on the products delivered. If these terms are not entered on the delivery note presented to the customer by the carrier, no complaint can be accepted by Moodntone SAS.
In accordance with article L.121-18 of the Consumer Code, the purchaser has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products. This option is not applicable to products manufactured according to the buyer's specifications, which are clearly personalized or which, because of their nature, can not be re-shipped or are liable to deteriorate. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the buyer must return at his own expense the product (s) which do not satisfy him, in their original packaging, in perfect state of resale to the following address:

The photographs and the texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, the seller can not be held liable in case of error in one of these photographs or in one of these texts.
In the online sales process, the seller can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus or other technical problem.
