By applying 5-10% polyester to the cotton, Karup Design guarantees a higher density and thickness of their futons than traditional Japanese futon bedding. The Triple Latex futon offers a plush sleeping surface. The futon's cotton adapts to and supports your body, the wool helps create a good climate, the latex insulates against movement, while the horsehair insulates against the cold while wicking away heat and moisture.
