NICKY dessert plate - midnight blue

This eight-piece Nicky dinnerware set is made of stoneware, and derives its distinctive character from three different types of reactive glaze.

Each piece is first coated with a dark brown base color, over which a lighter, grayish-blue hue is superimposed. The ensemble is then completed by a dark blue rim, which reacts with the other two glazes, giving the upper rim the color palette of a fine autumn evening.
