Flip table oak by Design House Stockholm

The Flip oak table, designed for the Design House Stockholm brand, solves a problem that many families have: lack of space. Born from the imagination of designer Jesper Ståhl, for Design House Stockholm, this piece of furniture perfectly combines, in its own way, simplicity and ingenuity.

The Flip table, the essential at the service of your interior decoration

Designed in MDF oak veneer, the Flip table is a piece of furniture with a refined and extendable style. It is therefore available in three different sizes. Thus, it is possible for you to choose the dimensions adapted to your desires and your needs. This particularity makes this piece of furniture modular and practical, which will adapt to your interior and follow you over the long term, or to the rhythm of the seasons. Depending on your needs, the Flip table can become a dining table (which can accommodate up to 6 people), a desk or a sideboard. The top and the legs fold down and allow you to save space and turn your furniture into a different room. You can fold up the table top and place it against the wall, to create a geometric-inspired design sideboard. The feet also fold over each other when transforming into a desk or a sideboard, allowing the Flip table to be adapted to its new use without losing its aesthetic appeal.

Its MDF structure (for Medium Density Fiberboard) offers interesting advantages to the Flip table. Aesthetically, MDF can imitate many materials, and thus integrate easily and effectively into any decoration. Denser and stronger than chipboard, MDF is also more stable, making it an ideal material for durable and trusted furniture. In addition, it is a uniform material, which does not present the defects (knots, rings, imperfections, blisters) that one could find on raw wood furniture, however built with the same basic materials. Very stable, MDF can be cut and shaped without fear of breakage. It also easily resists temperature changes and humidity.

Almost homogeneous in appearance, MDF easily matches your interior and is also easily customizable. So you can, if you wish, give a facelift or a second life to your Flip table without breaking your head too much.

All of these features make the House Stockholm design Flip table a timeless and, so to speak, immortal piece of furniture. Indeed, its uses are multiple, and its design makes it as solid as it is aesthetic. Thus, the Flip table can suit a bohemian-inspired dining room as well as an office with sophisticated notes in your home. During the design, the designer, Jesper Ståhl, wanted to obtain a piece of furniture that could satisfy him 100%. Designed with 14 hinges, the Flip table is therefore a piece of furniture designed and created to be unique in its kind. It perfectly combines simplicity and modernity.

With this ingenious table, you can combine a large dining table, a desk, or even a high sideboard in one piece of furniture! This extendable table will fit into any room in the house. Also available in black, this table can cover different skins to best suit the style of your interior. Seaside, bohemian or more sophisticated atmosphere, this piece of furniture with simple shapes will fit perfectly into your decoration. It will also play an important role, since it can have multiple uses, and will be an integral part of your everyday life.
